Hi guys todays post is a review of Birchbox and it is 10 dollars a month and gives you 4 -5 sample size products a month. This is the box for May and what I got in my box. Also, I need to make a disclaimer I have paid for these boxes with my own money. This month I received quite a few hair products, which I don’t mind this because in the summer months I feel I have major issues with frizz and dryness.

Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream - 1.7 oz. $30.00

This super hydrating face cream combats dry skin by continuously drawing in moisture from the air throughout the day. Even in extreme weather conditions, you’ll swap dry flakes and rough patches for smooth, soft, and comfortable skin.

This is a really good facial cream I however have oily skin, and this does great at keeping me hydrated but a little goes long way and if I use too much I feel very “moisturized” which that is not the products problem that is user issue. This does its job and does it very well. I give it a 9 out of 10 just due to the fact that I did put in my profile that I have oily skin and not dry. So, I feel this would have been better given to a dry skin girl.

Beauty Protector Protect & Detangle $23.50

This leave-in hair detangler spray smooths out knots while protecting it from moisture loss, UV damage, heat, and color fading. Its gentle, floral scent lingers, but isn't overbearing.

I love this stuff; it works so well for my hair. I have really long hair and it tangles super easily, this is amazing to detangle it and it smells so good, I can not give this enough praise. This is amazing and when I can buy the full size I will. 10 out of 10 from me

I have to state this is a very strange product, it adjusts to your body and so no two people will have the same shades. However, this is not a very big sample and I feel like it’s kind of gimmicky, you know like the mood changing nail polish and lip gloss from the 80’s and 90’s. I feel its an ok product just not for me. So, a 6 out of 10 for me.

TOCCA Gia Eau de Parfum - 50 ml $76.00

This alluring and sophisticated fruity scent features Turkish rose, amber, and sandalwood surrounded by pink peppercorn and tangerine. Inspired by the creator in all of us, a whiff of Gia will bring out your inner daring and passion.

This is a very strong scent, which isn’t always a bad thing I do love the freshness of this perfume and feel like it is something I could add to my rotation. I have stated before that it’s a very small sample so you barely get a chance to try it. Just because it smells one way in the bottle doesn’t mean it will smell good on you when it mixes with your body chemistry. I have only tried this once and can’t decide if I like how it smells on me. I give it a 8 out of 10

Alterna CAVIAR Anti-Aging Smoothing Anti-Frizz Dry Oil Mist $34.00

This lightweight hair mist tames unruly frizz and flyways while making hair soft and shiny with a blend of replenishing oils. It’s proven to reduce breakage by 93%, protect from heat up to 450° F, and control frizz for up to 8 hours, plus has a soothing scent.

I like this product I use it when I straighten my hair, I feel like this protects it well, I have not really noticed how long it protects from frizz. But I do know it protects from heat treatment. So, this is a 10 out of 10 for me

I am not sure if this works well, I have only used this product 1 time so I need more time to test this out. But it seems ok so far.
