Vacation time?!

Today’s Challenge is a little on the vague side and just said Vacation, So I am going to approach it from the point of view of if I could have my dream vacation what would I do and Where would I like to go. Now I have not had an actual vacation in many years the last vacation I had was when my 13-year-old daughter was still in an infant care seat and was barely walking. We went camping for a weekend and I spent most of the night awake because she got cold and crawled to the bottom of my sleeping bag. And we discovered that she was allergic to dogs on this same vacation. (the other people we were camping with had a dog that my little girl loved a lot) she broke out with a red rash all over her face and hands. It was cold and the kids were bored. I would say that it was a miserable experience at that time.

My next vacation with the kids will be DISNEYLAND!!! Yes, I said it and yes, I have teenagers but they have never been to Disneyland so I have that going for me and my kids can be easily entertained. I haven’t actually told them when we are going but I have asked them if they would be excited to go and they have both said yes. My girl said she wants to meet the princesses of course and my son being the car guy that he is looking forward to Cars land and Autopia, I myself can’t wait to see the look on their face when they walk through the front gates, I should say I have gone when I was a kid but that was way back in the late 80’s so I am sure it has changed a ton since then.  My husband is just looking forward to going through Vegas lol on the way back. We are going to drive and see the sights its about 16 hours from where I live.  Any suggestions on how to make the most at Disney please leave a comment.

            K that’s the Actually planned vacation, and now for the dream vacation. My husband’s ideal vacation is going on a cruise to Alaska, He wants to see all the wildlife and try deep sea fishing. That is not for me when you’re trying to reel in a fish that you must be tied to the chair to keep from being pulled off the boat I DON’T THINK SO!! But crafty Dad is more daring than me. I worry that if we ever go on this vacation that he will not want to come back😉. My sons dream vacation would be going to see Nascar which he would love a lot.  My daughters dream vacation would be going to sea world she loves sea life. And My dream vacation would be sitting on a nice white sand beach with the ocean lapping in the background and enjoying a fruity drink having someone wait on me and not a care in the world. WAIT!! It doesn’t have to be a beach as long as I don’t have to lift a finger and someone else prepares the meals and I can just relax I don’t care where we go. We could be in the mountains at a ski Chalet, or in Hawaii, or even in Paris… As long as I can sit back and just enjoy myself It would be a great vacation. What is your dream Vacation?
