Hi guys todays post is a review of one of my subscription boxes that I receive, this one is called Boxycharm and it is 22 dollars a month and gives you 4 -5 full size products. Usually the end total is over $100 value. So, it’s worth the subscription price. This is the box for June and what I got in my box. I buy this box with my own money.

STEVE LAURANT - JELLY HIGHLIGHTER

This jelly highlighter formula is bouncy, lightweight, blendable, water resistant and so fun to use. Watch it glide on with ease using your favorite brush, or simply dab it on with your finger for an effortless glow

This Highlight was just my ideal color it was a golden shade which I die for, I tried using a brush for this but I didn’t realize that it would be difficult to apply that way. and I had never used a Jelly highlight so I found it was kind of difficult to apply using the brush. This way made it very light and was just a bit disappointing to me. So, the next time I used it I applied it with my fingers and OH MY GOSH! Did that make a difference. This is a blinding highlight when applied properly. However, if you enjoy a lighter application then by all means use a brush. This gets an 9 out of 10 from me and I will say I do think this is totally worth the price.

DOMINIQUE COSMETICS - LEMONADE LIPGLOSS

I got the shade strawberry Lemonade; I say this because there are a few different versions of this that was given out in the boxycharm boxes this month. I am usually not a fan of lip glosses. I’m a matte lipstick girl. I find glosses tend to be sticky and make my lips all gross and gooey. This one however felt very moisturizing and not sticky. The color was a pale pink color and I like bolder colors, but it had high shine. I think this will still be passed on just for the fact I don’t really reach for glosses. But my daughter has already fallen in love with it and will get lots of use out of it because that’s all she wears is gloss. So, this product gets a 8 out of 10 it is a really great product just not my cup of tea. I feel that 17 dollars for a lip gloss is kind of over priced as well. I do have to mention this smell very strongly of butter cream frosting. Which I don’t mind but if your sensitive to strong smells be advised.

This was an unusual product, it was a very liquid face primer, it was an oil consistency, I myself having oily skin am kind of wary of adding more oil to my face. However, I have used this a few times now and it has been very nice. A little goes a long way and blends into the skin without causing the skin to feel oily and making the makeup slide off which was what I was afraid of. This smelled great. I think this got a 9 out of 10 for me. And I think it is worth the price.

The colors blend so well I have no real complaints about this palette at least for me this one gets a 10 out of 10. And the whole palette smells like chocolate! Who wouldn’t love that?

WANDER BEAUTY – BAGGAGE CLAIM GOLD EYE MASKS X3

Back by popular demand! These gold foil undereye masks brighten, hydrate and reduce the appearance of dark circles. The hyaluronic acid diminishes the appearance of wrinkles, while aloe leaf extracts and lavender oil cool and sooth your undereye area.

This was ok, I am not a fan of these sorts of products, I mean it would not have been something I would have went out and seen and thought I need this in my life. But since I got them, I have tried them and they are not terrible. They didn’t make my under eyes oily or feel slimy. Which is what has happened with others of these masks. But I have only used them once so I will test them out some more and follow up with you all.

Ok so for the grand total for this month’s box is: $115 not bad, I would recommend boxycharm any day especially if your wanting to expand your makeup collection but don’t want to spend a ton of money.
